Returns
– Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
– Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
– Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Exchanges
– We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.
– If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide a photo of shipping damage.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, or incorrect items.
